FRONT-END DEVELOPER (F/M/D)

As Front-end Developer you will work closely with our Digital Director and a newly structured team on planning, building and adapting user-friendly webpages for our business. This position is based in Berlin and offers an unlimited contract.

Your tasks

  • Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web page
  • Maintain and improve the customer experience across all touch points
  • Work in multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as back-end developers and web designers
  • Build high-quality mockups and design different prototypes
  • Optimize our web applications for maximum speed
  • Get feedback from users and customers
 

Your profile

  • 5 years of experience as a Front-end Developer
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our success
  • Owned, scaled and developed a front end design and brand system for a multi-national growing business
  • Able to mentor and train peers and team members
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills; proactive attitude towards challenges
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and change management
